These site plans, for the construction of a 1 00'monopole tower at the Little Timber Ridge site, a 125' monopole tower at the Bowling Green Ridge site, a 350' lattice tower at the Hunting Ridge site, and a 300' lattice tower at the Sherando site meet all County requirements for development within the RA (Rural Areas) zoning district and are consistent with the conditions of the approved Conditional Use Permits approved by the Frederick County Board of Supervisors on April 8, 1998. I have provided you with three copies of each of the approved site plans. Please keep an approved copy for your files and maintain an approved copy on the construction site. A study has been conducted under the provisions of Part 77 of the Federal Aviation Regulations to determine whether the proposed construction would be an obstruction to air navigation, whether it should be marked and lighted to enhance safety in air navigation, and whether supplemental notice of start and completion of construction is required to permit timely charting and notification to airmen.
