All the requirements set forth in the Conditional Use Permits have been met and the site plans now contain an itemization of the conditions set forth in the letters from you of April 15, 1998. Our check for $2,000.00 to cover this review is also enclosed. We apologize for the length of time it has taken to resubmit these to your office, however, it took us longer to get revised drawings than we anticipated. In accordance with our discussions, we have obtained comments fi-om the Department of Transportation for the Bowling Green Ridge site and the location of the entrance has been changed as required. As advised, the only other agency review required will be by your office, and those comment sheets are attached to each application. We are enclosing copies of the FAA approvals for all of these sites for your information and files. These approvals have been forwarded to the Winchester Regional Airport. If any further information is required, please advise. Anything you can do to expedite the review of these plans would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely yours, Leonard .
