All required information must.be submitted prior to the final approval of any site plan. The Department of Planning and Development will review the application to ensure that it is complete. If any portion is not included or complete, the site plan application will not be accepted and returned to the applicant(s). Site Plan Package 1. One set of approved comment sheets are required from the following review agencies prior to final site plan approval. It is recommended that applicants contact the Department of Planning and Development to determine which review agencies are relevant to their site plan application. This site plan approval will enable the placement of an ice cream trailer (8.5-ft by 18-11) on the western portion of the existing parking lot. Parking lot improvements will include the striping of parking spaces and pedestrian access, placement of wheel stops, and a handicap space and signage. Landscaping (12 deciduous trees, each with 2.5-inch minimum calipers) will be provided around the trailer. Please inform the property owner, as well as Mr. and Mrs. Pack of the approval.
