Sheet 2 of 4 Since grading will be performed on the property owned by Victor G. Weeren which is adjacent to the site, it will be necessary to provide an access and grading easement document to this office prior to issuance of a land disturbance permit. 2. It will be necessary to construct the drainage ditch located along the south side of the site and the stormwater pond prior to initiating any site work on the Blue Ridge Landscape project, Lot 5B. 3. The areas shown as stormwater drainage ditches and the proposed stormwater pond need to be placed within dedicated drainage easements. 4. The plan indicates that six (6) to seven (7) feet of fill will be required to construct the building pad for the proposed buildings. It will be necessary to provide Engineered compaction reports as well as a letter from a Professional Engineer verifying that all controlled fill was placed in such a manner that complies with all Building Code requirements for bearing and settlement. Place a note on the plan stating this will be a requirement prior to issuance of a building permit.
