SITE PLAN CHECKLIST
The checklist below indicates all the information-1hat needs to be -submitted as part of the site plan
application. All required information must.be submitted prior to the final approval of any site plan.
The Department of Planning and Development will review the application to ensure that it is complete.
If any portion is not included or complete, the site plan application will not be accepted and returned
to the applicant(s).
Site Plan Package
1. One set of approved comment sheets are required from the following review
agencies prior to final site plan approval. It is recommended that applicants contact
the Department of Planning and Development to determine which review agencies
are relevant to their site plan application.

We have received the preliminary site plan dated July 16, 1998 for the proposed
project. Unfortunately we are unable to provide a review due to a lack of information
as to the location and affect on VDOT right-of-way and the roadway facility.
Please provide the following, as a minimum:
=> The entrance connection to a VDOT roadway.
=> A survey of the topographical features of the existing entrance.
VDOT route number and pavement width, depth along with
shoulders, ditches, etc.
If none of the above applies to this site, please indicate such and we may review as
submitted. Should you have any questions, do not hesitate to give me a call at
