The Department of Planning and Development will review the application to ensure that it is

RE: Site Plan Approval for Frederick County Landfill
Dear Mr. Strawsnyder:
The Frederick County Planning Department administratively approved Site Plan #i018-95 for the
Frederick County Landfill on July 24, 1995. The approved site plan calls for the construction
of a new maintenance and office facility that will be 4,500 square feet, the installation of a new
well, the provision of a disabled parking space that will be van accessible and will be designated
with appropriate signage, the installation of a sidewalk that will be four feet in width, and all
appropriate erosion and sedimentation control measures.
Our department has provided you with three copies of the approved site plan. This will allow
you to maintain an approved copy on site and two copies for your files. Please ensure that the
contractor contacts this office to schedule an on -site inspection once all improvements are
complete.

reserve area. The schematic drawing of the sewage disposal system shall show sewer Imes, pretreatment unit, pump station, conveyance sys-
tem, and subsurface soil absorption system, reserve area, etc. When a nonpublic drinking water supply is to be located on the same lot show all
sources of pollution within 100 feet.
