The approved site plan calls for the construction of a new maintenance and office facility that will be 4,500 square feet, the installation of a new well, the provision of a disabled parking space that will be van accessible and will be designated with appropriate signage, the installation of a sidewalk that will be four feet in width, and all appropriate erosion and sedimentation control measures. Our department has provided you with three copies of the approved site plan. This will allow you to maintain an approved copy on site and two copies for your files.
