Painter -Lewis, P.L.C. 302 South Braddock Street, Suite 200 Winchester, Virginia 22601 RE: Administrative Approval, The Inn at Vaucluse Spring Revision to Site Plan #24-95 Property Identification Number (PIN) 84-A-53A Dear Mr. Lewis: The purpose of this letter is to inform you that the Department of Planning and Development has administratively approved a revision to Site Plan #24-95. The revised site plan will permit the construction of two additional cabins and a new gravel driveway. This will bring the total number of available guest rooms at the inn to the maximum of 15, as approved by CUP #02-95. Any additional guest rooms will require a new CUP. I am providing you with five copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these to the property owner. Furthermore, please advise the owner that a copy should be kept for future reference, and an approved copy must be kept on the site throughout the development process. Once site development is complete, the owner needs to contact this office to schedule an on -site inspection, and thus, obtain an occupancy permit.
