General Notes: 1. The contractor shall furnish a// materials, labor and equipment and perform ail ,,or, including restoration for the completed installation of the utility systems and al/ other improvements shown or implied as necessary for the completed foci/ty ready for use. Unless otherwise noted, specifications for all work to be in acc,,rc' nce with applicable Standards and Construction Specifications of The Viiginio Department of Transportation, Vlrcoinla Dept. of Health, Frederick County Sanitation Authority and the contract documents. 2. the engineer has attempted to locate existing subsurface utilities; however such may exist that are not shown. The contractor shall exercise care in this work so as to avoid damage to any utilities. Any d moye shall be the contractor's responsibility. The Contractor shall notify o/l utility companies 72 hours prior to construction. Call "Miss Utility' 1-800-257-7777. J. The contractor shall be responsible for all construction stakeout All dimensions, elevotions and locations shall be field verified by each contractor prior to beginning the work. 4.
