SITE PLAN CHECKLIST The checklist below indicates all the information that needs to be submitted as part of the site plan application. All required information must be submitted prior to the final approval of any site plan. The Department of Planning and Development will review the application to ensure that it is complete. If any portion is not included or complete, the site plan application will not be accepted and returned to the applicant(s). Site Plan Package 1. All site improvements have been completed with the exception of one pear tree. This pear tree should be planted at the northwestern edge of the parking lot. It appears that the temporary construction trailers may be set on the tree's proposed location. Once this last tree is planted, this department will be able to approve the final Certificate of Occupancy for this project. Please contact me once this final item has been completed. The approved site plan calls for the construction of an addition and enclosed courtyard to the existing detention that will be 19,831 square feet and 22 feet in height, the provision of a paved parking lot that will contain curb and gutter, 23 regular parking spaces that are 9' x 20', 3 disabled parking spaces with appropriate ramps and signage, lighting fixtures, and the planting of 7 aristocrat callery pear trees around the parking lot perimeter, the installation of concrete sidewalks and paved areas to provide pedestrian and vehicular access to the new addition, the provision of an all weather surface fire lane, and all appropriate erosion and sedimentation control measures. I have provided you with an approved copy of the site plan for your records and forwarded an approved copy to Mr. David King, Project Manager, of the Shockey Company.
