Clifford & Associates 200 North Cameron Street Winchester, VA 22601 RE: Shenandoah Building Supply Site Development Plan Dear Steve: This is in response to your letter dated January 14, 1997. The intention of this letter is to clarify the status of the above referenced project, and state what needs to be done in order to obtain a building permit. 1. The proposed office unit must be physically placed directly upon a block or masonry foundation, thus making it a permanent structure. Merely placing a masonry skirt around the outside perimeter of the office unit is not acceptable. Also, both the tow bar tongue and wheels must be removed. 2. In order to obtain a building permit for this project, a final site plan must be approved. To obtain this site plan approval, bonding must be provided to sufficiently cover the expense of completing previous site improvements from site plan #008-94 that were left incomplete. In addition, there should be sufficient bonding in place to cover site improvements associated with the current site plan #056-96. The bonding should be until a time when the weather would permit installation. All other site plan revisions must also be completed. Please let me know if you have any comments regarding this letter. Site Development Plan Dear Mike Based upon our most recent discussion of the above referenced project, submitted to your office on December 16, 1996 for review and comment, it is my understanding that the following review conditions apply: 1. The proposed office unit is permitted only with the tow bar and wheels removed and with a masonry shirt around the outside perimeter that is acceptable to your office. 2. The site improvements required such as parking lot pavement and landscape plants may be bonded until weather permits installation. 3. Site plan revisions showing the office unit and associated improvements must be submitted to your office. Should you require any additional requirements or if you have any comments on the above, please let me know. Sincerely, gilbert w. clifford & associates, inc. Steplie M.
