25, 1993, for a revision to the office. Site Plan #01-94 approved by Frederick
County on February 24, 1994, for a utility building. Site plan #07-OS
approved by Frederick County on March 3, 2005, for an electric room. There
are no non-conforrining issues related to this Properly on file at this time. The
Properly can be rebuilt in its current form within two (2) years. Copies of
the site plans are available. You will need to contact this office at (540)
665-5651 as to the fees for copies.
• You will need to contact the Frederick County Building Inspections
Department at (540) 665-5650 for copies of the Certificate of Occupancy
and any building code violations.
• The Property is not located within any overlay district. There are no
variances or special permits assigned to the Property. As of the date of this
letter, the Property is in compliance with the Frederick County Zoning
Ordinance with no reported violations. There are no other land use actions
with regards to this Property as of the date of this letter. Any future land
use action or development on this property, must be in compliance with
the Frederick County Code.

Structure shall comply with The Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code and Section 312, use
group U (Utility and Miscellaneous) of The International Building Code/2003. Structural and
Electrical plans submitted for permit application may be required to be sealed by a Va. Licensed
Design Professional. Please note the requirements in Chapter 17 Special Inspections for this type
structure, soils, concrete, bolts, etc.
Note: All chapter 1 VUSBC min. inspections shall be conducted by the Frederick County
inspection staff. Request to utilize a third party inspection agency, that complies with the
Frederick County policy, shall have prior approval granted by the Building Code Official.
