The site will be located between the existing Outback and McDonalds. The project will include the construction of a 9,086 square foot building which will include 2 restaurant spaces (2002 sq. ft. each) and 2 retail spaces (2541 sq. ft. each) along with required parking areas. The total disturbed are for this site is approximately 0.50 acres. The stormR�ater will be routed to the existing stormwater system and drains to the existing storm water detention pond that was constructed during the first phase of the Kemstown development.
