The site plan is approved for the construction of a new 4,197 square foot McDonald's at the Rutherford Crossing Development located on 1Vlartlnsburg Pike in the Stonewall Magisterial District. Required site improvements include the following: • Construction of a parking lot with 61 spaces (including three handicap accessible), including curb and gutter, striping, handicap access and landscaping. • Sidewalks as indicated on the plan. • One loading space, a screenm screened dupster area and landscaping as indicated on the site plan. All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance have been met in the approved site plan, including review agency comments from all relevant review agcncies. I am providing you with three (3) copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these copies to the appropriate representative(s). After you have revised the site plan, please resubmit one copy so that I may verify the information contained on the plan.
