The site plan is approved for the additional construction of a four-story, 109-room Marriott Townplace Suite located on Getty Lane, Winchester, VA. Improvements include the following: • 55,222 square feet of hotel space, including guest rooms, lobby, office, and pool facility. • 113 parking spaces including, five ADA handicapped required spaces plus three required loading spaces. • Completion of Getty Lane to the second parking lot entrance of the hotel. • A total of 30 trees to be two inch caliper at time of planting. • A total of 64 shrubs to be three feet in height at time of planting. All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance have been met in the approved site plan, including review agency comments from all relevant review agencies. I am providing you with five (5) copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these copies to the appropriate representative(s). Furthermore, advise the owner(s) that a copy should be kept for future reference, and an approved copy must be kept on the construction site throughout the development process.
