On the landscaping plan, the Holly needs to be 36 inches at time of planting and Magnolia cannot be used. 22) Hedges. A 36 inch evergreen hedge needs to be provided as indicated on the landscaping plan. 23) Trailer Screening. The landscaping plan states that the trailer spaces at the rear of the site will not be screened due to the location of the water line. Not screening the spaces is not an option. If plants cannot be provided, a 6 foot fence will be required. After you have revised the site plan, please resubmit two copies so that I may verify the information contained on the plan.
