The site plan meets all requirements for development in the RA Zoning District and meets all requirements of Conditional Use Permit #06-02. There are no adverse comments by any of the required review agencies; however, any future comments by these agencies should be addressed promptly. Primary improvements of this development include installation of nine parking spaces total, eight behind the restaurant and one handicapped space in the front. These parking spaces shall be paved and include wheel stops. I am providing you with three copies of the approved site plan. Site plan approval is valid for five years. Please forward the approved copies to the appropriate representatives. Furthermore, please advise the owner that a copy should be kept for future reference and an approved copy must be kept on the construction site throughout the development process.
