Dear Bill:
The Frederick County Department of Planning and Development administratively approved Site Plan#22-02,
NPI VA150P, on June 5, 2002. The proposed development calls for the installation of a commercial
telecommunication antenna onto the existing Amoco sign located on the above -referenced property. The site
plan is approved for the construction of a 10 x 20 storage building, which will be located in the rear of the
existing Amoco gas station. The storage building shall be used to store equipment associated with the
commercial telecommunication antenna. Four (4) trees shall be planted to provide appropriate screening of
the proposed building. In addition, a security fence shall be provided around the perimeter of the proposed
storage building.
I have already provided you with three copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these to the appropriate
representatives. Furthermore, please advise the owner that a copy should be kept for future reference and an
approved copy must be kept on the construction site throughout the development process. Once site
development is complete, the owner should contact this office to schedule an on -site inspection. This on -site
inspection and approval is required prior to the issuance of an occupancy permit by the Department of Building
Inspections.
