The site plan is approved for the construction of a 4,800-square-foot warehouse addition to the existing motor vehicle sales building. The warehouse is anticipated to be used for storing motorcycles and other equipment associated with the on -site business. In addition to the warehouse addition, the following improvements will occur with this development: Planting of five (5) 2" caliper Callery Pear trees. Installation of one (1) handicap parking space. Installation of two (2) "No Parking" signs. I am providing you with three copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these copies to the appropriate representative. Furthermore, advise the owner that a copy should be kept for future reference, and an approved copy must be kept on the construction site throughout the development process.
