The site plan meets all requirements for development in the M 1 Zoning District. Currently, there are no adverse comments by any of the required review agencies, however, any future comments by these agencies should be addressed promptly. Below is a list of the primar} improvements of this development: • Construction of a 7,200 square -foot building for use as a warehouse. • Construction of dumpster pad and opaque enclosure. • Replacement of white pines as needed along perimeter of site. I am providing you with five copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these to the appropriate representative. Furthermore, please advise the owner that a copy should be kept for future reference and an approved copy must be kept on the construction site throughout the development process. Please label the use of the existing building located in the outdoor storage area. 5. "Please indicate what the proposed building will be used for, as the site plan indicates self- sto age instead of warehouse. 6. Please revise your parking calculations, if the proposed use is not self -storage and base the /caulations on warehouse use. 7. The existing white pine screening buffer is ineffective in some places, as some trees are in poor condition.
