The site plan is approved for the construction of a 6,910-square- foot building addition, a 446-square-foot building addition, and a spiral freezer. Frederick County has agreed that the City of Winchester will handle all building permits for this project, because the existing building is located within the City. However, the Frederick County Department of Planning and Development will be inspecting the site prior to the issuance of an occupancy permit. Prior to the approval of an occupancy permit, the two existing lots must be consolidated into one lot. I am providing you with one copy of the approved site plan. Three additional copies have already been picked up by Mr. Scott Mark. Please be advised that a copy should be kept for future reference and an approved copy must be kept on the construction site throughout the development process.
