application. All required information must be submitted priorto the final approval of any site plan. The
Department of Planning and Development will review the application to ensure that it is complete. if
any portion is not included or complete, the site plan application will not be accepted and returned to

Dear Ms. Brasher:
The Frederick County Department of Planning and Development administratively approved the above -
referenced plan on December 2, 2002. The site plan meets all requirements for development in the B2
Zoning District. Currently, there are no adverse comments by any of the required review agencies;
however, any future comments by these agencies should be addressed promptly. Below is a list of the
primary improvements of this development:
• Conversion of existing 2,884 square -foot building for use as a bank.
• Planting of eight shade trees.
• Planting of shrubs to provide a hedgerow to prevent headlight glare onto Route 522.
• Installation of two drive-thru lanes to serve the bank.
I am providing you with three copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these to the appropriate
representative. Furthermore, please advise the owner that a copy should be kept for future reference and
an approved copy must be kept on the construction site throughout the development process. Once site
development is complete, the owner should contact this office to schedule an on -site inspection. This is
required prior to the issuance of an occupancy permit by the Department of Building Inspections.
