The site plan meets all requirements for development in the M 1 Zoning District. Specifically, the site plan is approved for the construction of a 24.75' x 5.2' hazardous materials storage building at the existing General Electric facility on Apple Valley Road. Fire lanes and concrete paving are being provided as part of this development. In addition, appropriate separation from other structures is provided for safety purposes. I am providing you with three copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these to the appropriate representative. Furthermore, please advise the owner that a copy should be kept for future reference, and an approved copy must be kept on the construction site throughout the development process.
