The site plan is approved for revisions to the existing warehouse site (Ferguson) located at 259 Brook Road. Site improvements include the following: • Revised asphalt parking area with 15 parking spaces (one handicap accessible), that includes curb and gutter as well as wheelstops along the building. • A gravel outdoor storage area that is screened by a six foot board -on -board fence. • Two striped loading spaces and a dumpster location. • Parking lot landscaping (interior and perimeter). I am providing you with four (4) copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these copies to the appropriate representative(s). Furthermore, advise the owner(s) that a copy should be kept for future reference, and an approved copy must be kept on the construction site throughout the development process.
