The allowed height has been changed to 60' from 35'. 3. The adjoining property data across Lakeville Circle has been added. 4. Lakeville Circle right of way dedication. We spoke when I pick up the comments regarding the current status of the road. While it is still private, it is to be dedicated to VDOT by the Park owner, Tom Gilpin, once there are three users on this road. Henry Electric is the second user. S. At this time, administrative approval cannot be granted. This site plan is denied until the issues in this letter, as well as all issues of the other review agencies, have been adequately addressed. On the coversheet under general notes, the numbering is off. 2. Building Data. The maximum building height in the MI is 60', not 35'. 3. Adjoining Properties.
