On tine coversheet under project information, the use of the site is listed as office/storage. This site has two buildings (Phase I, Phase II); the use for Phase I should be listed as rug cleaning facility (SIC 7217) and Phase II should be listed as an office building. 2. Parking Calculations. The building being used for rug cleaning is classified as a service and needs to be parked at 1/200sf. Also, the majority of each site is listed as storage which seems to be due to the limited amount of parking provided on the site. It is logical that the majority of the office building (Phase 2) will be used for office, not storage, and needs to be parked entirely for office. It is also unclear why an office needs a drive in door. The large loading area needs to be removed and accommodate a much larger parking area. 3. Shared IJntrance. The shared entrance needs to be recorded.
