application_ The Department of Planning & Development will review the application to ensure that it is
complete prior to accepting it If any portion of the application is not complete, it will be returned to the

Please find enclosed five (5) sets of the Updated Released for Construction (RFC) Plans for the
"Construct Fuel Truck Parking Pad" at Winchester Regional Airport. We offer the following
responses to your comments dated March 14, 2006:
Comment: PIN Number. The property identification number is 64-A-79, not 78.
Response: The property identification number has been changed on the Cover Sheet.
Comment: Labeling. On sheet 2 of the plan, the vacated road, and Victory Road is labeled in the
wrong place. Also on sheet 2, one of the adjoining property's zoning is incorrect. Label
the apron on sheet 4.
Response: On sheet 2, the labels for Rt. 728 and Rt. 645 have been moved from the old alignment
to the current aligrunent and the adjoining property's zoning has been corrected. The
apron has been labeled on sheet 4.

Planning Staff has reviewed the above -referenced site plan to determine if administrative
approval can be granted. Please review Staff's comments listed below and then prepare a revised
site plan which adequately addresses each concern.
Review Comments:
I. PIN Number. The property identification nUnlber is 64-A-79, not 78.
2. Labeling. On sheet 2 of the plan, the vacated portion of Airport Road is still labeled as
Route 645 instead of the relocated road, and Victory Road is labeled in the wrong place.
Also on sheet 2, one of the adjoining property's zoning is incorrect. Label the apron on
sheet 4.
After you have revised the site plan, please submit at least Five copies of the Final plan for
approval.
