The existing entrance shown on your plan is in satisfactory condition. However, I have some concerns regarding a second substandard entrance to the north. Does the second entrance access property owned and/or used by your client? If so, this entrance will need to be upgraded to meet current minimum commercial standards. The minimum width required will be 40' at the right-of-way line. Curb and gutter radii will also be needed which are adequate to accommodate tractor trailer access. A culvert may be needed to accommodate drainage. Complete engineering plans and specifications will be required for review prior to our site plan review approval.
