Dear Reverend Paysour:
The Frederick County Planning Department administratively approved Site Plan #038-96 for the
above referenced site plan on December 6, 1996. This site plan, for the construction of a 1,900 square
foot addition to the existing church, meets all County requirements.
I have provided you with two copies of the approved site plan. This will allow you to maintain an
approved copy on the construction site and maintain an approved copy for your files. Please contact
this office to schedule an on -site inspection once the site development has been completed.

Dear Steve:
L have had. the opportunity to review the above referenced site plan originally submitted to our
department on August 21, 1996. The following are comments that need to be addressed during the
revision of this site plan:
1) ✓ Please ensure that the date and signature on the Professional Engineer Seal are legible on
the final site plan copies.
2) ✓ Please provide the entire property identification number for all adjoining properties and the
current use and zoning of the property identified with P.I.N. 44-A-63.
3) ✓ Please show the surveyed boundaries for parcels 44-A-64, 44-A-67, and 44-A-68. The
church appears to traverse all of these parcels. It would probably be in the churches best
interest to consolidate these lots into one parcel.
4) i/ Parcel 44-A-69 does not appear on the County's tax records. Does it exist or has it been
consolidated into the churches property?
5) t/ Please verify the 15-foot side yard building restriction line shown on the plan. Is this
shown on the deed?
6) Please show the height of the proposed addition.

approved by the Fire Marshal.

spaces provided. This figure should be based upon seating within the church.
11) ✓ Please show the location of the regular parking spaces, and also the disabled parking
spaces in front of the church. It may be desirable to locate a disabled parking space
adjacent to the new addition.

shall be approved by the Department of Public Works.
Please revise your site plan to reflect the comments specified in this letter and resubmit one copy for
my review. Once I have verified the information contained on the revised site plan, I will need all
approved review agency comment sheets and five copies of the final site plan for approval. Comment
sheets are required from the following agencies, the Frederick County Health Department, the
Inspections Department, the Frederick County Engineer, and the Frederick County Fire Marshal.

Dear Sirs:
Our church is adding a small one story brick gathering area at the
rear of our church in Stephenson at the intersection of Route 664
and Route 11 North. The minor addition will be 1,500 square feet
and will improve our property with little or no impact to the site.
Our engineer has informed us that a $500 application fee is
required to file for site plan approval of this very minor
addition. We would respectfully request that you waive the fee for
our addition.
