This site plan consists of a 4.409 square foot building addition and a total of 30 parking spaceSon site (two of which are van accessible HDCP). 16 Legacy Sugar Maples will be planted adjacent to the parking facilty. Please note that the occupation of this 4,409 square -foot building addition will not be permitted until the parcels included in the site plan are consolidated into one lot. It is this department's understanding that Ritchie Surveys is currently processing the required lot consolidation. The following comments will need to be addressed in order to proceed with approval of this site plan.
