General Site Information:
• Located in Stonewall Magisterial District.
• Site is zoned EM.
Bud -ding information:
• Maximum height of the Sampling Lab is 17'. The ground floor area is
1,296 square feet. Total floor area is also 1,296 square feet.
Maximum height of the Lime Loadout Facility is 1 10 feet. The
ground floor area is 1,800 square feet. Total floor area is also 1,800
squares feet.
• The FAR calculation for the existing property with additions is thus:
Existing development = 30,000 sq. ft. = 0.6887 acre
Sampling Lab = 1,296 sq. ft. = 0.0298 acre
Lime Loadout Facility = 1,800 sq. ft. = 0.0413 acre
Total developed acreage = 0.7598 acre
