This site plan, for the development of a 1,800 square foot general maintenance shed, meets all County requirements for development within the M 1 (Light Industrial) Zoning District. Pending further development of the subject parcel, all parking associated with the use of the shed will occur in the paved parking area located on Lot 1 of the industrial park. Please note that the Fire Marshall must inspect the structure prior to its use for the storage of maintenance equipment and supplies. I have provided you with several copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these approved plans to the owner and advise the owner to keep an approved copy for their files. Furthermore, the owner should ensure that an approved copy is maintained on the construction site throughout the development process. Price I've attached an application for site plan approval for an 1800 sq ft maintenance building at Dawson Industrial Park. The building will be used for storage of yard maintenance equipment. Mr. Dawson needs to erect this building soon and therefore we have prepared this plan in advance of a plan for utilization of the entire parcel. We are however working on a plan for Lot 2 and have included a copy of our preliminary layout for your reference.
