A detailed site plan should follow the general guidelines set forth in the 9/03/98 revised version of "Minimum Standards of Entrances to State Highways" (copy attached). This site plan, for the construction of a 180' monopole tower at the Patton property location, meets all County requirements for development in the RA (Rural Areas) Zoning District. Furthermore, the site plan is consistent with the conditions and setback waivers associated with Conditional Use Permit (CUP) #22-99, which was approved by the Frederick County Board of Supervisors on October 27, 1999. I have provided you with several copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these approved plans to the owner and advise the owner to keep an approved copy for their files. Furthermore, the owner should ensure that an approved copy is maintained on the construction site throughout the development process.
