Dear Mr. Kremm:
The Frederick County Department of Planning and Development administratively approved the above -
referenced site plan on September 14, 1999. This site plan for a sampling lab and lime loadout facility, meets
all County requirements within the E-M (Extractive Manufacturing) Zoning District. The site plan delineates
an existing development of 30,000 square feet. The addition of a one-story sampling lab building, consisting
of 1,296 square feet and a lime loadout facility consisting of 1,800 square feet, will bring the sites total area
developed to 33,096 square feet.
I have provided you with several copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these approved plans to the
owner and advise the owner to keep an approved copy for his files. Furthermore, the owner should ensure that
an approved copy is maintained on the construction site throughout the development process. Once site
development has been completed, the owner should contact this office for an on -site inspection.
