application. All required information must be submitted prior to the final approval of any site plan.
The Department of Planning and Development will review the application to ensure that it is
complete. If any portion is not included or complete, the site plan application will not be accepted
and retumed to the applicant(s).

RE: Addendum To Site Plan For The Church of Christ at Mountain View
Dear Mr. Bishop:
The Frederick County Planning Department administratively approved an addendum to Site Plan
#013-95 for the Church of Christ at Mountain View on October 5, 1995. This addendum grants
approval to renovate the existing shelter to create additional classrooms for the church. The
required improvements associated with this renovation include the widening of the existing
access drive to 20 feet, the installation of a fire hydrant, the construction of a sanitary sewer
pump station, and the creation of a parking lot that will contain five regular parking spaces and
one disabled parking space with appropriate signage. All other site improvements specified in
my original approval letter dated June 12, 1995 apply as well.
I have provided you with two copies of the approved site plan. This will allow you to maintain
an on -site copy and provide the church a copy for their records. Please contact this office to
schedule an on -site inspection once all improvements are complete. Please contact me if I may
answer any questions regarding this letter.

I have had an opportunity to review the above referenced site plan received by our department
on September 1, 1995. This site plan is an addendum to Site Plan #013-95 which was approved
by our office on June 9, 1995. In order to approve this addendum, I will need you to submit
the following information:
1) Please revise the site plan to include the easement for the waterline as required by the
Frederick County Sanitation Authority.
2) Please provide approved review agency comments from the Frederick County Sanitation
Authority and the Frederick County Fire Marshal.
Please submit five copies of the final site plan that reflect the comments in this letter. Once I
receive this information, I will recommend final administrative approval of this project.
