The site plan is approved for the construction of a library book shed, at the Bowman Public Library, in the Shawnee Magisterial District. This construction includes the following: • 450 sq. ft. of book storage shed. The site plan meets all requirements for development in the RP (Residential Performance) Zoning District. All relevant review agencies have approved the project at this time. I am providing you with five (5) copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these copies to the appropriate representative(s). Furthermore, advise the owner(s) that a copy should be kept for future reference, and an approved copy must be kept on the construction site throughout the development process.
