The cbecklist shown below specifies the information which is required to be submitted as part of the site plan
application. The Department of Planning & Development will review the application to ensure that it is
complete prior to accepting it If any portion of the application is not complete, it will be returned to the
applicant(s).
(1) One (1) set of approved camment sheets are required from eacb relevant review
agency prior to final approval of a site plan_ It is recommended that applicants
contact the D ` ariment of Planning & Development to detem�ine which review

Tlie Frederick County Department of Planning and Development administratively approved the
above -referenced site plan on March 8, 2007. The site plan is approved for the construction of an
addition for community living space on a site located off of Valley Mill Road in the Red Bud
Magisterial District. This construction includes the following:
• Addition of 15 parking spaces that will extend from the existing parking lot.
• A revised location of the dumpster pad has also been included.
The site plan meets all requirements for development in the RP (Residential Performance) Zoning
District. All relevant review agencies have approved the project at this time. I am providing you
Nvith eight (8) copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these copies to the appropriate
representative(s). Furthermore, advise the owner(s) that a copy should be kept for future
reference, and an approved copy ►nest be kept on the construction site throughout the
development process. Once site development is complete, the owners) should contact this office
to schedule an on -site inspection. Do not hesitate to contact me should you have any questions or

Based on a site visit performed February 5, 2007, Frederick County Public Works
Department hereby retracts comments 1 tlu,ough 5 listed in our letter dated February 1, 2007.
The building addition had been indicated on the plan as proposed; therefore, it was presumed
that construction was included on the site plan as submitted. It was determined that the building
addition had been reviewed, approved and completed previously. Consequently, the only valid
comment is number six. Please address this comment prior to submittal of the land disturbance
permit application. Because this comment is minor, we recommend approval of the revised site
plan.
Once this comment has been addressed, submit one (1) set of the revised plan for our records.

Upon review Of the subject plan, we Offer the following comments:
1. Provide a lined channel from the parking lot curb out to bottom of the ditchline on Route 659
or calculations demonstrating that no erosion will occur.
2. Provide a note requiring cleaning/removal of any sediment on public or private roadways.
3. Provide a note requiring that all temporary controls be removed within 30-Clays once no
longer needed; trapped sediment must be removed and stabilized.
4. Provide Storm Water Management or demonstrate that discharge into the previously
constructed man-made channels are not OVCI'topped by a ten (I0)-)'Car Storrs] and the two
(2)-year Storm does not caLISC CI'OSroll.
5. Indicate the proposed limits of clearing and grading.
6. Move the construction entrance to (lie side of the site where the proposed grading will take
place.
Once these comments have been addressed, submit two (2) sets of the revised plan for further
review. Please highlight on the revised plans the changes listed above.
