The site plan is approved for the construction of a mailbox facility within the Shawneeland community in the Back Creek Magisterial District. This construction includes the following: 1,500 square feet for mailbox facility structure. The site plan meets all requirements for development in the R5 (Residential Recreational Community) Zoning District. All relevant review agencies have approved the project at this time.
