The site plan is approved for the construction of a pylon free standing business sign on a site located off of Fairfax Pike in the Opequon Magisterial District. The site plan meets all requirements for development in the 132 (General Business) Zoning District. All relevant review agencies have approved the project at this time. I am providing you with five (5) copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these copies to the appropriate representative(s). Furthermore, advise the owner(s) that a copy should be kept for future reference, and an approved copy must be kept on the construction site throughout the development process.
