The site plan is approved for the Construction of a warehouse associated with a wholesale business on a site located off of McGhee Road in the Stonewall Industrial Park in the Stonewall Nlagisterial District. This construction includes the following: 4,150 square feet of additional warehouse space to be used in association with Harwill Food Service wholesale business. Included with the construction, a handicap space will be located adjacent to the new structure. The site plan meets all requirements for development in the MI (Light Industrial) Zoning District. All relevant review agencies have approved the project at this time. I am providing you with seven (7) copies of the approved site plan. Please tonvard these copies to the appropriate representative(s). Furthermore, advise the owner(s) that a copy should be kept for future reference, and an approved copy must be kept on the construction site throughout the development process. The setbacksfor the proposed warehouse do not correlate with what has been provided on the project information table. Please remember that there should be four (4) setback measurements.
