The site plan is approved for the Construction of a warehouse associated with a wholesale business on a site located off of McGhee Road in the Stonewall Industrial Park in the Stonewall Nlagisterial District. This construction includes the following: 4,150 square feet of additional warehouse space to be used in association with Harwill Food Service wholesale business. Included with the construction, a handicap space will be located adjacent to the new structure. The site plan meets all requirements for development in the MI (Light Industrial) Zoning District.
