We have the following comments as shown in red on the plans The existing entrance needs to be upgraded in view of the proposed expansion on site and attendant increasing activity at the entrance. We also noticed raveling of the edge of the Route 632 pavement. To avoid continual potential damage to our pavement structure the owner needs to-do the following: 1. Install pavement radii to the existing bridge/pipe structure. Said radii is to be a minimum 50' each side of the entrance. 2. The area from the edge of the Route 632 pavement to the bridge should match the existing pavement structure of Route 632 as shown on the typical section of Route 632 plan (copy attached). Miscellaneous notes shown in red on the plan sheet will also need to be addressed. When you have addressed all of the above comments, please submit six copies of the revised plans for final approval.
