The checklist below indicates all the information that needs to be submitted as part of the site plan
application. All required information must be submitted prior to the final approval of any site plan.
The Department of Planning and Development will review the application to ensure that it is complete.
If any portion is not included or complete, the site plan application will not be accepted and returned
to the applicant(s).

1. One set of approved comment sheets are required from the following review
agencies prior to final site plan approval. It is recommended that applicants contact
the Department of Planning and Development to determine which review agencies
are relevant to their site plan application.

We have received your revised site plan dated June 17, 1997 for the referenced project.
It appears all of our earlier review comments have been satisfactorily addressed. Please
advise the owner of our approval.
Since you have cleared the question of ownership at the 50' radii, we have no further
questions on additional right-of-way.
The appropriate land use permits may now be applied for to cover work within the
Route 632 right-of-way. The permits are issued by this office and will require a
minimum processing fee and surety bond coverage. Once satisfactory application has
been made, a permit will normally take approximately thirty days to pnxxss and issue.

We have received your preliminary site plan dated April 11, 1997 for the referenced
project. The site plan has been reviewed at the site. We have the following comments
as shown in red on the plans
The existing entrance needs to be upgraded in view of the proposed expansion on site
and attendant increasing activity at the entrance. We also noticed raveling of the edge
of the Route 632 pavement. To avoid continual potential damage to our pavement
structure the owner needs to-do the following:
1. Install pavement radii to the existing bridge/pipe structure. Said radii is to be a
minimum 50' each side of the entrance.
2. The area from the edge of the Route 632 pavement to the bridge should match the
existing pavement structure of Route 632 as shown on the typical section of
Route 632 plan (copy attached).
Miscellaneous notes shown in red on the plan sheet will also need to be addressed.
When you have addressed all of the above comments, please submit six copies of the
revised plans for final approval. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to
call.

I have reviewed the above referenced site plan received by this office April 22, 1997. The
following comments will need to be addressed in order to proceed with approval of this site plan.

2) The use of the proposed concrete pad.
3) The access route to the proposed concrete pad.
4) An update to the disturbed area for this site.
5) FAR for the site.
Please revise your site plan to address the above comments and the comments provided to you by
the review agencies.
You will also need to provide this office with the approved comment sheets from all required
review agencies. The required review agencies include: Inspections Department, County
Engineer, Fire Marshal, and the Planning Department. Once all comments have been addressed,
please resubmit one copy of the revised site plan to this department for final review. If the revised
site plan satisfies all agency comments, we will request five copies of the final site plan and
recommend the site plan for approval.
