This site plan was required as a condition of Conditional Use Permit 4014-96. This minor site plan consists of a 1,826 square -foot building to be used as an antique shop. In addition to the proposed building, there will be 5 parking spaces within a double prime -and -seal parking area. One of the parking spaces shall satisfy ADA requirements for handicap parking, stripping, and signage. All parking spaces will be delineated and provided with concrete wheel stops. The owner/employees of the antique shop will be parking at the Poling residence. Attached are two copies of the approved plan. This will enable you to provide your contractor with an approved copy, and maintain a copy for your records. Please note that the parking area should be constructed to reflect the design approved on this site plan.
