All required information must. be submitted prior to the final approval of any site plan. The Department of Planning and Development will review the application to ensure that it is complete. This site plan, for the addition of modular classroom to an existing church complex, meets all County requirements for development within the RA (Rural Areas) Zoning District. Specifically, the site plan delineates the proposed placement of a 1,440 square foot modular classroom adjacent to the existing gymnasium and school building. The site plan also includes the provision of a pedestrian walkway that will directly link the proposed unit to the principal facility. I have provided you with one (1) copy of the approved site plan. The property owner has been given two (2) copies of the plan, one of which will be maintained on the construction site throughout the development process. Once site development has been completed, the owner should contact this office to schedule an on -site inspection. The following comments are offered and should be addressed during the revision of this site plan. I have also marked the enclosed plan for your use. 1) Please modify the title of the site plan to reflect the status of this submission as a revision for the placement of a modular classroom. 2) Please clarify the name, address, and phone number of the owner of the subject property. 3) Please state the use, zoning, and Property Identification Number (PIN) of all properties that are located across the Route 11 right-of-way from the subject parcel on the site layout plan. 4) Please advise the applicant that the yellow marquee sign located at the entrance to the subject property is not a permitted sign and therefore must be removed. 5) Please state the height of the proposed modular classroom in the Zoning Requirements table. 6) Please modify the Proposed Development section of the Zoning Requirements table to identify the specifications of the proposed modular classroom.
