During construction of the building addition and parking lot expansion at Lot #1, a few minor additional
improvements were made. To update your files we've provided a revised sheet 3. The changes include a
cover porch at the southwest corner of the building, additional stormwater drains along the west side of the
building, a retaining wall along the west side of the new parking and relocation of the handicapped parking
spaces and the associated addition of the access ramp and sidewalk extension.
Three copies of the updated plan are enclosed. Please let me know if you need additional copies.
