The site plan is approved for the construction of a 6,400-square-foot fraternal lodge for the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW). The following improvements will also be provided for this development: • The construction of 29 parking spaces, including two handicap spaces. All parking spaces shall have curb and gutter, striping, landscaping, and asphalt paving. • Planting of 12 Dogwood trees, four Linden trees, and a continuous evergreen hedge row (along the rear and a portion of the right property lines) as detailed on the landscaping plan. • Installation of a dumpster with the construction of a concrete pad and an opaque wood fence. • Installation of Fire Code improvements, including, but not limited to, a new fire hydrant, a hose bibb, and fire lanes. • Construction of stormwater improvements as detailed on the erosion and grading plans. I am providing you with four copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these copies to the appropriate representative(s). Furthermore, advise the owner(s) that a copy should be kept for future reference, and an approved copy must be kept on the construction site throughout the development process.
