The bondinu that was submitted is adequate for the parking area. The agreement reached during the meeting between the Packs, Forest Brown, Ron Rhodes, Bob Watkins, you and me on April 14, 1995 is that the parking pavement will be completed not later than May 1, 1996. All other requirements must he completed prior to issuance of a temporary certificate of occupancy which must he kept active until the required paving is completed. During the April 14 meeting the issue of what type of surface finish is required on parking spaces that exceed the required number of spaces. County policy is that you can certainly construct additional parking beyond the requirement but the construction and surface material must be the same as that for the required parking.
