The project involves the installation of utilit�ies, entrance road[8, parking areas, and lot grading f or a new apartment development, There are approximately 5.5 acres of disturbed area. The majority of the site consists of Blairton.silt loam soils with 2 to 7 percent slopes, with some Wiekert-Borks s-ilt loam 2 to 65% slopes. The sitedrains southward into the Buffalo Lick Run. The lapds to the east, north and west are similar to this site and are undeveloped. The de"loped area to the south of State Route 645 has been taken into account. 5�01,Looa: Soil types oil this site consist of Weikert-Berks-, Blairton silt loams 41C, 41C and 32. Depth, ranges from 15 to 40 inches. 'Permeability ranges f'rom mod-erate to moderately rapid and the erosion rate can be high. These soils are,found to be moderately' deep, sloping, and well drained generall)(' occurring in -rolling lands -capes and an the tops and noses of ridcres. After application of fertilitOr any. irregularities shdll be evened out by raking. Seed shall be then uniformly sown at a rate of 250 lbs. per acre using drillers or seeders. Sod and seed shall be .100% Falcon Fescue. The Falcon Fescue seed shall have a minimum purity of 98%- and germination of riot less thao 50%. Mulch seeded areas immediately with straw mulch at the rate of 2,000 lbs. per acre. Sod shall, be placed on unpaved areas between the apartment units and the back of curb; between the units and extending 201 on end units; and the area exteriding 201 from the rear of the units. Water, weed, cut and othetdige maintain and protect grassed surfaces as necessary to produce a dense, healthy growth of grass.
