All unpaved areas orf the site whieh are disturbed by this construction
shall be provided wiith 4" topsoil, fertilized, seeded, compacted and
mulched. Seed betd to be watered and cared for as necessary to provide a
good lawn quality grross cover. Arras not graded shall be disced, leveled
and seeded to achlieve lawn condVions.

Water and sewer lines are to be constructed in accn°c?once with these plans
and specific•otions and shall additionally meet a// regrirements of the
Frederick County Sanitation Authority. The contractor shall coordinate with
this agency and arrronge for inspection by the Count!, as necessary.

Temporary termination of sewer Pies shall be plugger+ watertight. The
end of the /lne shall be marked with o treated 2 it -� x 4 inch post
