The site plan is approved for the construction of a new 12,000sf warehouse (Phase II) for Davenport Insulation located on Tyson Drive. The warehouse consists of a 150' x 80' building with eight 12' x 45' loading spaces, a sidewalk and gravel fire lanes as indicated on the plan. 1 am providing you with three copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these copies to the appropriate representative(s).
