Dear Dennie:
The above -referenced site plan was approved on July 5, 2006. The site plan is approved for the construction of
a new 12,000sf warehouse (Phase II) for Davenport Insulation located on Tyson Drive. The warehouse
consists of a 150' x 80' building with eight 12' x 45' loading spaces, a sidewalk and gravel fire lanes as
indicated on the plan.
1 am providing you with three copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these copies to the appropriate
representative(s). Furthermore, advise the owner(s) that a copy should be kept for future reference, and an
approved copy must be kept on the construction site throughout the development process. Once site
development is complete, the owner(s) should contact this office to schedule an on -site inspection. Do not

group S , (Storage) of the International Building Code 12003.(2000 codes can be utilized
until Nov 16, 2006 if requested). Other Code that applies is ICC/ANfSI Al 17.1-03
Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities. Plans submitted for permits shall be
sealed by a Virginia Design Professional. "
Special inspections under Chapter 17 IBC is required on this type structure.

Accessible parking shall shall have a min. 8" van accessible unloading space on phase H
building and the vmlk shall be designed as a ramp with hand rails if slopes exceed 5%.
All required egress shall be accessible to a min. area of rescue on the exterior of the
