At this time, administrative approval cannot be granted. This site plan is denied until the issues in this letter, as well as all issues of the other review agencies, have been adequately addressed. Please review Staffs comments listed below and then prepare a revised site plan which adequately addresses each concern. Review Comments: I ) Previous Approvals. Remove the previous approvals or place an "x" over them. 2) BRL's. The new addition appears to be located 38' off of the front property line. The existing building is shown as being 42' from the front property line. The location of the new addition needs to be revised to maintain 42' off of the front property line. 3) Parking Spaces. The expansion shown on the 2004 site plan was only 3,136sf and the additions shown on the revised plan total 5,388sf and the parking space total is decreasing. Additional parking can be provided at the rear of the building as indicated. 4) Shed and Propane Tank. The new location for the shed and propane tank needs to be provided. After you have revised the site plan, please resubmit one copy so that I may verify the information contained on the plan. I will need all approved review agency comment sheets and at least five copies of the final plan for final administrative approval. Permits and Inspections Department's comments dealt with the Building Design/Construction except they said to check the grades of the paving near the HC spaces to assure they were not greater than 2%. 1 have managed to misplace your letter regarding the Site Plan and need another copy as I don't recall the number of Site Plan copies that are needed for final approval. At this time, administrative approval cannot be granted. This site plan is denied until the issues in this letter, as well as all issues of the other review agencies, have been adequately addressed. Please review Staffs comments listed below and then prepare a revised site plan which adequately addresses each concern. Review Comments: 1) Previous Approvals. Remove the previous approvals or place an "x" over them. 2) BRL's. The new addition appears to be located 38' off of the front property line. The existing building is shown as being 42' from the front property line. The location of the new addition needs to be revised to maintain 42' off of the front property line. 3) Parking Spaces. The expansion shown on the 2004 site plan was only 3,136sf and the additions shown on the revised plan total 5,388sf and the parking space total is decreasing. Additional parking can be provided at the rear of the building as indicated. 4) Shed and Propane Tank. The new location for the shed and propane tank needs to be provided. After you have revised the site plan, please resubmit one copy so that I may verify the information contained on the plan. I will need all approved review agency comment sheets and at least five copies of the final plan for final administrative approval.
