I've attached the final version of the plan. Two copies of the revised site plan and grading plan are attached here for your reference. The changes are generally minor and deal with the location of curbing, clumpster pad location and storm drain locations. We also provided an island around the existing power pole. The facility will consist of 18,000 sq. ft. of offices and warehouse space. Loading areas and dumpsters are provided at the west side of the site near the railroad. Water and sewer extensions to serve this site are shown. A portion of the water line installed previously mill be removed. All storm drainage flows to a detention pond which is sized to meet the County requirements. The pond discharges to the CSX right-of-way. Adequate Erosion Control measures are provided.
